QUEEN OF THE NIGHT 👑

DAY 6 of TIGER 2022

ROAR regally but gently

Created this simple video of some watercolour florals

I call this the lazy time lapse...cos right now I'm into simplifying my processes...

What does it represent?

Beauty in the simple things around us, colours, and cheerfulness.

Inspirational quote of the day -

“The very best relationship has a gardener and a flower. The gardener nurtures and the flower blooms.”– Carole Radziwill

I picked this quote because last night I had a friend who has a very special flower called

QUEEN OF THE NIGHT (Tan Hua 昙花)

that only blooms at midnight and not very often. So it is really really speical.  When she texted me last night at about 11.45pm

"My queen is blooming."

I thought to myself hey that could very well be me - figuratively speaking I'm in a peculiar situation where I am away from the normal stimuli of life. So it's either I choose to embrace it and make beautiful flowers or ... (dot, dot, dot...)

Queen of the Night

Queen of the Night smells very sweet I am sure.

Good things take time to bloom but when they do, it's super sweet.

Having leukemia is probably the toughest thing that I have had to handle, aside from my divorce many years ago.

Yet it is also my Bloom Moment.

As much as I wanted to deny it at first, God put me here to be in touch with people to bless and vice versa.

If this didn't happen to be, I'd still be happily going to the gym and building my abs and ass.. striving hard...👙

EFFORTLESS...

So yes, God knows me well...he does not want me to be in an environment with men who touch their biceps and chest in front of the mirror all the time and who are vainer than women! 🤣

Stop the striving and let God do the heavy lifting! 💪🏋️‍♀️

How about you? What heavy lifting are you doing right now?

Regarding my art, if you have something special in mind that you want to have painted for yourself or for someone else, I'd be happy to discuss.

Enjoy!

There is a timing to everything, and in our humanly way, we usually want it now, or better and faster.

Yet it is in the journey of discovery in learning, growing and persevering which we usually strive to be stronger.

I see it this way: the tests, trials and challenges are to upgrade our human IOS so we can then play bigger games and impact many others. (How to play bigger games with outdated IOS right?) 🥰🥰🥰

Love you my dear Leanna, you have been such a warrior in this special journey of your discovery.

Thank you for including me in your journey, remember your promise to me!
