I wanted to share a smoothie recipe which I came up with for a skin care company celebrating their VIP clients. Especially since now everybody cannot meet and we had to hold the event via zoom. Still, it turned out really nice as I was able to share not only some of the top fruits and vegetables that I felt were on the glowing skin list, but also because I was able to share certain time and food prep hacks that I use to make my own life smoother and easier.
Every woman wants to know how they can get glowing skin. Unfortunately, it is not through just one smoothie but actually, through more that one drink…perhaps adding more phytonutrients into your diet or cutting out certain “bad” foods, making sure you drink enough water and get enough sleep everyday. Are you starting to spot the trend here? It’s not just one thing that we do but a multitude of everyday habits that impact our skin, our health and our well-being.

✨Glowing Skin Smoothie ✨
Mixed berries – 1 cup
Frozen banana – ½ cup
Filtered water – 1 cup
Celery – 1 handful
Ground flaxseed – 1 tablespoon
Ice – 1 cup
Put all ingredients in the blender and pulse until smooth
Pour into cup and enjoy! 🌱 🌱
